2 Chronicles 27:4 - He built towns in the hill country of Judah and forts and towers in the wooded areas.

There is lots of evidence of tower building in the Old Testament; this expansion would work exactly like the vanilla Carc expansion of the same name.

The tiles look great! This made me think of an alternate expansion idea - the Tower of Babel. Every player could have tower pieces in their color to help build a shared tower? Anyways, great job on another great expansion port to AotC!
