Tower expansion rules in English?

So, I thought I was doing a fun thing by buying the "Tower" expansion while traveling to France (near the real Carcassone which I got to visit!).  However, as my knowledge of French consists of little more than food phrases, I can't interpret the rules.  Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the original rules for the Tower in English?  I'd love a jpeg, pdf, or electronic version that I could print out. 

I have looked over the full CAR and can probably figure it out from there, but would like the original if it's available to me.
