Carcassonne: The Little Buildings (Die Haeuser)
Includes 18 new buildings: 6 of Houses, Towers, and Sheds
Released in Spielbox Issue 2012/5 Sep-Oct
Purchasable from the Nostheide Shop
Each building on a tile adds an additional victory point to the score when an adjoining feature is completed. Additional rules for variable scoring is included.

Carcassonne: The Wind Rose (Die Windrosen)
Includes 5 new tiles and 1 new start tile
Released by Carcassonne-on-Tour (Hans im Glueck)
Only currently available from conventions at the Carcassonne-on-Tour booth or eBay (will be available Summer 2013 from Cundco.de)
A new start tile separates the board into four quadrants into which four new tiles with quadrant specifications can be placed. Whenever a tile is placed in its proper quadrant, the player scores 3 victory points. A blue wind rose tile resets the center of the map, realigning future quadrants.

Carcassonne Big Box 4
Includes Carcassonne (base game), Inns & Cathedrals, Traders & Builders, The Flier, The Messages, The Ferries, The Goldmines, The Robber, Mage & Witch, and Corn Circles II
Release by Hans im Glueck
Only currently available in German, though widely released

Carcassonne: Winter-Edition
Includes 83 tiles and 1 start tile
Released by Hans im Glueck
Only currently available in German, though widely released
A spin-off of the base game with all elements covered in snow. 12 new tiles are added to the normal mix depicting animals, and Hans im Glueck plans to release downloadable rules for these tiles at a future date.

Carcassonne: Winter-Edition: The Gingerbread Man (Der Lebkuchenmann)
Includes 6 new tiles and a 1 wooden gingerbread man
Released by Hans im Glueck and available at Cundco.de
Only available in German, though widely released
Whenever a Gingerbread Man tile is placed, the gingerbread man moves to a new city. In the city that he just left, each knight earns 1 point per tile in that city. Control of the city does not matter.

Carcassonne: The Castle: Falcon
Officially cancelled, though Reiner Knizia hopes to release it as a downloadable print-and-play expansion in the future.

Carcassonne: Crop Circles, Tunnels & Plague
Includes Carcassonne: Crop Circles I (Hans im Glueck), Carcassonne: The Tunnels (Spielbox), and Carcassonne: The Plague (Spielbox)
Officially cancelled due to Rio Grande Game's loss of the Hans im Glueck contract. This will not likely appear by Z-Man Games since they do not have a license to re-produce games from Spielbox as Rio Grande eventually obtained after the Carcassonne: Katharer debacle. This may change in the future, however.

The BigBox 4:
Also in the BigBox4 are 6 blanc tiles.
Some of the rules for the minis are different than the rules in the little boxes 1-6.
I posted that already.

The Carcassonne Winter-Edition:
That is the basic game and the same rules.
New is here the 12 new tiles with wild animals.
You can see wolves, bear, dear, crows, wild boars, foxes an a "Wolpertinger".
The "Wolpertinger" is a fabulous beast in the south of Germany.

At the moment there are no new rules for the 12 new tiles.

I was at Essen - Spiel 2012 -  and talked with HiG - Georg Wild.
He asked if we - the fans of Carcassonne - have some ideas of possible rules.
I told him that I knew a whole forum (with more than 4500 members) - they all can help.
And what is - the forum didn't work for so long time.

The Gingerbread Man:
In the rule of the Gingerbread Man you can see 6 different tiles.
But there are only 5 different tiles and one is there twice.

The Carcassonne Winter-Edition:
The back of the tiles are different than at the original basic game.
This would be a stand alone game.
Perhaps someone is creating tiles (with summer and winter).

The Winter-Edition:

I created a little extension Dwarves in the Mine but that has nothing to do with the 12 new Animal-Tiles.

The rough draft of the tiles .
I have shown the author Klaus-Juergen Wrede the tiles at Burg Konradsheim.

I sent some weeks ago this extension to HiG - Moritz Brunnhofer.
HiG asked at Facebook, if the fans have some ideas of new extensions for the Winter-Edition.

Today, I had a telephone call with HiG - Moritz Brunnhofer.
He told me that he will talk about the "Dwarves in the Mine" the next time with Klaus-Juergen Wrede.

I got two copies of The Little Buildings to cover up to 8 player games - sometimes a common occurence in our group.

I cannot find the Wind Rose on eBay though. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, the Winter Edition - where can you find it?

Wind Roses:
Wind Roses is coming in the middle of 2013 at the CundCo Shop from HiG - I think the price would be between 3-5 EUR.
If you can find Wind Roses at ebay (sometimes here in Germany) than you can pay for it about 50 EUR.
It's better to wait!!!

I was at Burg Konradheim at the Carcassonne fan-meeting from Carcassonne-on-Tour. I have one.

Winter-Edition:
At the Spiel 2012 in Essen I also talked with Sophie Gravel - management of filosofia games (Z-man Games belonges to filosofiagames). She told me that the Winter-Edition for the English speaking world would come next the Winter time 2013/2014.

Here is a link to BGG with pictures of the tiles.

Yesterday HiG sent me the correct tiles from the new produktion.

Does anyone know - if you order Gingerbread Man from Cundco now do you get the correct tiles? Not the set with the duplicate tile?

I want to order a set but I'm leary about that.

You get both parts of the tiles (12 tiles) and one Gingerbread Man figure.
So you would have then the wrong tiles from the first production and the new tiles from the correct production.

That comes all for the same price.

Then you could write CundCo an email.

But I like to get the more tiles for nothing.

The tiles are good for creating fan-expansions
for the Winter-Edition.
