Sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere, and to save me downloading in case....

The complete set of Annotated Rules that are currently in the downloads section - Does it include Abbey and Mayor? Beyond?

The current CAR on the downloads page (ver 4.1) contains 'Abbey and Mayor' but not beyond Smiley

Matt posted a beta version which includes Shrines and Heretics. Been a while since he talked about the CAR. I think he might be waiting for the RGG equivalent to come out, which should be any day now.
