This topic has been covered before, but I thought it would be a good idea to update a little.

There are a few places online from where you can obtain game parts. Here are some of them:

For those requiring extra meeples to use in their games, variants etc, you can use the ad on the CC Home page to order from Meeple Source. If you do use Meeple Source for your parts, make sure you do click on this link: http://www.meeplesource.com/index.php?PARTNER=carccentral or the ad on the front page, as it supports CC and helps to pay for hosting, etc. They supply meeples, big followers, pigs, builders in various colours (including non-standard colours) along with other Carcassonne related stuff.

I have used a fantastic dealer from Germany on eBay. Peter, the owner, has available several colours of meeples with the big follower, pig and builder. As well as Carcassonne tokens, he also supplies tokens for many games. I have used him for meeples and other game tokens for use in Carcassonne variants. He will be pleased to assist. The shop address is: http://stores.ebay.de/Spiele-Agentur-Mick-Ado  This is on the German eBay site, but will list all items he has for sale. Try translating the page via Babel Fish or Google Translate. He will ship outside Germany. Contact him, he's very helpful. I have heard that this shop will shortly be closing.

Here is a comprehensive supplier of wooden (and other) game parts, although there are no Carcassonne related pieces: http://www.bedi-spielematerial.eu/

And in the USA you could try: http://boardgamebits.com/store/

For Agricola animeeples and vegimeeples: http://mayday-games.com/452.html

Edit: Changed the Meeple People link.
Edit: Mayday can also supply Vegimeeples for Agricola
Edit by Scott: Changed MeeplePeople link to MeepleSource.

Okay, this thread is worth it's weight in gold. Thanks, Joff!

These are good for keeping track of largest city and longest road when playing with the King expansion:

For keeping track of the longest road I use a brown meeple, and to keep track of the largest city I use a purple (royal) meeple, but to use a road and city piece from Catan is a good idea Smiley

Well, everybody likes new additions and here are my latest additions to my Carcassonne family of meeples!

1 pink set of standard meeples with big meeple, builder and pig

and 2 lovely sets of standard white meeples with big meeple, builder, pig, mayor, barn and wagon!

Now I have my mayor, barn and wagon for painting orange!

and the other white set for use in other variants/expansions Smiley

Ah, he only has white at the moment.

I really do like the cow, black pig and sheep from Mayday Games:

Do we need to use new sheep meeples in Kevin Graham's Shepherds?

Can you do a comparison with the yellows and the reds?  I'm wondering how the orange compares with the other colours.

The orange really is a great colour. This would be my preferred colour (if they had orange in Stone Age!)

I play Yellow in Carcassonne, Yellow in Stone Age, Yellow in Ticket To Ride, Yellow in Settlers (an extra set was purchased)... you get the idea!
